Born in Zimbabwe in Africa, Bethany grew up in both Zimbabwe and neighbouring country Botswana. She moved to New Zealand in 2009 and has called Tauranga home since then.

Bethany joined Adams Law in  2015 and started off as a Legal Secretary. Her role evolved and progressed to Office Manager and thereafter, Practice Manager.​

​

Her role encompasses the day-to-day management of the firm, accounts, development of office systems and procedures, staff performance management, reviews and training as well as personnel management and I.T.

​

​In her spare time, Bethany enjoys spending time with family, mountain biking, nature walks and cooking.
